Choir

ChoirOur church has a small but balanced choir with about twelve regular singers of all ages. In normal times, we meet weekly in the church on Friday evenings at 7.30pm for choir practice; the rehearsal lasts for up to 1½ hours.

The choir leads the singing at two regular services each month – the first and third Sundays for Sung Communion at 11:00 am and throughout the year, especially at Easter and Christmas, there are extra services and, for these, we often invite others to join us.

Our repertoire includes music composed over five centuries and we like to challenge ourselves by singing new and unpublished music. We often sing at weddings and, from time to time, we join in the production of larger choral works performed in the church. We also enjoy occasional social events.

If you enjoy singing, even only a little bit, we would love to hear from you.  If you want to find out more, please contact John Vinall on 01403 782006 or email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
